    Assessment applications help and adjustments

    Modified assessment arrangements may be provided to a student in the event that their capacity to demonstrate their true level of competence in an assessment item was, is, or will be significantly impaired as a result of medical, compassionate or extenuating circumstances.

    Accident

    • Fire officer report.
    • Officially signed statutory declaration.
    • Police report.

    Bereavement

    • Bereavement notice.
    • Officially signed statutory declaration.

    Medical/illness/disability

    • Letter of support from Student Disability and Accessibility.
      • This is for disability grounds only. For registered students this supporting documentation is not required for assignment extension requests up to and including 14 calendar days.
    • Letter of support from Counselling and Wellbeing.
    • Letter of support from Student Safety and Wellbeing.
    • Medical certificate or letter of support from a health practitioner or professional.

    • Letter from religious leader or church group.
